1. The Service

Rasil is an omnichannel communication platform that lets you manage conversations, campaigns and automation across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and SMS from one dashboard, with an official Meta integration.

We may update, add or discontinue features from time to time to improve the Service.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of Meta, WhatsApp and SMS providers, including obtaining explicit consent from recipients before messaging them.

You must not use the Service to send spam, fraudulent, unlawful or abusive content, or engage in any activity that could get your third-party accounts blocked.

4. Third-party channels & platforms

Some features rely on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and SMS providers). Your use of them is subject to those platforms’ terms and policies, and we are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions they impose.

Those platforms may charge their own fees (e.g. WhatsApp template fees) separate from your Rasil subscription.

5. Subscriptions & billing

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically for a like period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; the new price applies from the next billing cycle.

6. Free trial

We may offer a limited free trial. When it ends, your account converts to the selected plan unless you cancel beforehand.

We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers at any time.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods that have already started.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, its software, trademarks and content remain owned by Rasil or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Your data & customer content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload or send through the Service. You grant us a license to process it as needed to operate and provide the Service.

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy, and you are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from your customers.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or third-party platform policies, or put the Service or its users at risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties of availability, error-free operation or specific results.

To the extent permitted by law, Rasil is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Rasil against claims or damages arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with its date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
